The sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is to be revealed to us.
For this light momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison.
This is the promise that [the Lord] made to us-- eternal life.
To this end we toil and strive, because we have our hope set on the living God.
